We want your child to love their MEsquad glasses and in most cases, a simple adjustment or small accessory solves the issue faster than a return.

Before submitting the return form below, please review the options that usually fix the problem right away:

1. Try an At-Home Adjustment (Most Common Fix)

Our frames are fully adjustable using warm water. A small bend at the temple or bridge often stops slipping or discomfort instantly.

2. Need Extra Grip? We Can Send Ear Hooks

If the glasses slide, ear hooks usually solve it within minutes.
We’ll send them free of charge just email us your frame colou

3. Exchanges

If adjustments don’t help, an exchange may be possible depending on the lenses and condition. Email us and we’ll review your order.

4. Returns

Because every pair includes custom prescription lenses made specifically for your child, returns are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if charged at checkout) are not refundable

We always do our best to help resolve fit or comfort issues quickly, and many concerns can be fixed without needing to send the glasses back.
